Strength training focuses on improving your body’s ability to exert force over a sustained period by enhancing muscular endurance, stability and strength. The process commonly involves resistance exercises that increases maximum resistance generated by muscular group.


Some of the training include the incorporation of progressive overload, compound movements , ballistic exercise as well as plyometrics.


Power Training on the other hand, emphasis on explosive movements that centralizes around the combination of speed and strength , which may be ideal to enhance agility, quick movements and dynamic performance.
